The Elephant Combination Room is our only and largest dual tempreture unit. In Freezer mode the unit can keep 600kg Frozen product at -13c. In Coldroom Mode the room can pull down +-900kg meat from 25c to 2c in 24hrs. The Combination room is fitted with meatrails. Light duty Chromodeck or Heavy Duty Powdercoated Shelves are optional.This unit can be transported on a trailer and can be moved by 12 People.
